重庆昌辉文化传播股份有限公司(以下简称昌辉股份)是由重庆旅游资产管理有限公司和昌荣集团于2011年共同创办,共设重庆、北京两大中心,拥有两百多名海内、外专业人才,是一家具有国际水准,同时又深耕本土的旅游发展全程服务机构。

Chongqing Changhui Culture Communication Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Changhui Shares) was established by Chongqing Tourism Assets Management Co. Ltd., and Charm Media Inc. in 2011. Changhui has two centers in both Chongqing and Beijing, with nearly 200 talented people from both domestic and abroad. Currently, Changhui can provide the tourism full-scale services with the international standard and strong know-how of the local market.


一、发展情况。

二、旅游产业供应链金融。

昌辉股份基于现代服务业的“金融+实业”模式正在落地,致力于发展商旅文体多产融合的供应链金融,具体体现在以下三个方面:一是星耀基金,基金规模1亿元,负责项目研发、解决项目库等问题,基金以项目股权为纽带集结全国文创、互联网技术和团队,昌辉股份是其基金管理人;二是渝富集团发起成立中新基金(包括面向政府的PPP基金和市场化的旅游专项基金),其中旅游专项基金200亿元,昌辉股份是其双GP基金管理人。通过渝富集团和主板壳资源进行的资产置换(包括金融资产和文化旅游实业资产),来实施区县项目的资产证券化,二级市场保障国有出资人的增值回报和机构投资者的溢价退出,为重庆文化旅游行业打造出第一个主板上市公司。

四、数据系统。

目前针对景区、目的地等旅游资源和旅游文创运营类平台公司的评估,主要还是在会计事务所的常规参数假设条件下进行,往往对未来的收益和风险预估不足,评估数据不够科学。昌辉公司基于旅游的研发、投资和运营等业务模型搭建系统、开发数据,从项目的资源分析、市场分析、竞品分析着手,到商业计划和财务测算,到运营模式和团队的组建,成为遴选、尽调、决策、投后管理的业务辅助系统,与GP对项目的投前投后管理形成互补。

公司于2016年3月1日新三板挂牌(昌辉股份835925),6月被重庆市金融办明确为上市重点企业。目前公司客户近百个,遍布重庆各区县和四川等周边省份,确立了公司在西南地区旅游发展全程服务领域的市场优势,树立了良好的品牌形象。公司下属重庆旅游营销中心、重庆两岸文化创意产业研究所、台北中华游局、星耀辉腾股权投资基金管理公司等。

4. Date System
